- When does my order get shipped?
- Most of the orders get shipped next day. In every product detail page, above "Add To Cart" button you can see the expected ship date.
- Where do you ship from?
- Our location is Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Our a fast growing company in central PA area. This is where your orders get shipped from.
- How do I know when my order is shipped out?
- On each product and during checkout, you can see estimated ship date before even placing the order. Also, as soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email notification that your order has been shipped.
- How can I contact you regarding shippng?
- If you have special requests, you may inform that in the comment section when placing your order. Please call us at (800) 217 3104 or the "Chat with us" at bottom of the screen. We respond to all queries within 8 hours during weekdays. Our simple goal is in exceeding our customers’ expectations by all means.
We put 100% effort to get you the best experience. But sometimes you may not be satisfied with the product because of some reason like received wrong or partial or in damaged condition.
If the product reached you damaged or defective or you received it in damaged condition then please contact us for the same before returning the item. Shipping carriers, and manufacturers will always ask us for proof to settle and we need to provide that to them to help your issue get resolved. We may not ask you to send back damaged items but we may need pictures for proof. Also, this will help us investigate the issue with internal teams of concerned department. We will resolve the issue at the earliest possible.
